That's one of the ways you can save with LBC Shipping Cart when you consolidate. It's one-time payment before they process your package for shipping. You should not have to pay anything else.

That said, sobrang sucky ang services nila lately. Nakukulangan ang packages (e.g. if you order like 4 of an item, 2 lang lalabas sa photo tapos pag hindi mo na-contest at nabayaran mo agad, sagot lang nila ay sorry) at unreasonable ang delay (e.g. one month na paid, hindi pa nila sinesend).Coffee Stainshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04252415063775861334noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6575813723620766605.post-26358486337611487772016-12-30T12:49:04.017+08:002016-12-30T12:49:04.017+08:00Hi Luffy! Occasionally living in Canada, I got so used to relying on how efficient 1st world online transactions and deliveries are. Without thinking I decided to use shippingcart to 'bypass' the hassle of Philippine Post and Customs. I ordered a total of 13 items from Lancaster Archery, the delivery was completed via UPS on time. I got the email from shippingcart that my items were received and should be processed soon. Got another email from them saying that my items are now in my cart ready for viewing. To my surprise the picture only showed 3 of the 13 items I ordered and with a total weight of .33lbs versus the UPS total of 1.6lbs.

Having read through the comments on this blog, I am now assuming that they lost my other items. What frustrates and disappoints me is

1. How can you lose items which arrived as one package? I understand losing an electronic device (since those are hot items, I only order a bunch of archery kisser buttons costing a dollar or so each)
2. Ordering from Western or European stores you can expect top notch customer service with quick replies, I've emailed them and am not getting any replies. I'm going to be calling the PH hotline soon and I'm just telling myself 'goodluck'

I don't understand why is it that when Filipinos run a company whether locally or abroad customers just get sh*tty substandard service. Pretty sure the people working at shippingcart US are also Filipinos.

I realize I'm ranting here, I just want other future customers of shippingcart to be wary of using this service. Especially those thinking of ordering high priced items. Thankfully I only ordered $50 worth of items just to try out the reliability. Thank God I didn't get trigger happy and order the $500 bow sight aperture I wanted. The only thing worse than a company who loses customers items is a company who doesn't have any kind of policy to make it up to the customer.

Happy Holidays :P mr.Ahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16114564139204588227noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6575813723620766605.post-16947885895306982632016-12-20T14:00:22.374+08:002016-12-20T14:00:22.374+08:00Hi Promse! Nevertheless, I received my items.

Haven't tried filoulet and based on your reviews, looks like I will never dare to try it at all.

I had the best experience with LBC shipping cart last year. Fast service and the cheapest rate. Had I tried other forwarder, I believe I will be charged around Php 5k. Unfortunately, I've been receiving negative feedback from other customers. I'm sad that what worked for me, did not work for others. Note: ALL were done online coz I am live in the Philippines!

1- POBox.com - No go for me!
They tell on their website how cheap it's and then when you ship your items to them they will hit you with their Online order fees (?), their extra fees for shipping to you places, they use Forex which tend to take its time to deliver (1 month!!), they 'loose' items (5 items!!) and their customer service is in Manila acting like the 'disoriented service' you talked about!

2- Filoulet.com -- No go for me!
This outfit is run by Filipinos, in Chula Vista, California (which next to Tijuana, Mexico!).
They argue with you, ship any how they like and want you to buy a box beforehand then ship items to them!
When the box arrived, it was too small for the sizes they advertised on their website.
They use LBC. You sent them an email and you endup waiting and waiting for an answer!?

3- LBC Shipping Cart -- the winner!
They also have some web interface to conduct their business. Same like you explained above.
However, they have lousy 'Customer Care' service! They keep sending you canned answers without reading your email!!
Advantages:
They do SEA and AIR shipping ...
They are every where in the Philippines
They are cheaper in a way... They don't 'lose' your items...
Each shipment from the shipper to them HAS to be shipped as a whole. You can't do some SEA and some AIR?
Disadvantages:
Customer Service --
If you return an item, you will be at the mercy of their Customer Service :) Remember, the shipper can't wait on your items forever and theirs will just drag and drag on time!

Pronsehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15914400583023627134noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6575813723620766605.post-88051697370274222622016-12-13T18:13:29.860+08:002016-12-13T18:13:29.860+08:00Never use the shipping cart they are the worse its...Never use the shipping cart they are the worse its been 5 months already and my package is till in process they are the worse of all the worse in all the shipping please never ever use the shipping cart they will not send your itemAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09240123147574273560noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6575813723620766605.post-63051127708047533222016-12-06T00:38:48.434+08:002016-12-06T00:38:48.434+08:00I suggest, call them via their hotline first. I ordered chuggington train with Product Dimensions based on Amazon seller (TOY) 20x4x14 inches, weight is 5.7lbs. However, my lbcshippingcart posted its dimesion as 520x4x14 inches, weight 175.42lbs. See how huge is the differece?? The weight and length/height is definitely unacceptable!. I am charged 55k for aircargo and 10k sea cargo. The product I bought only for 1.5k. Before I purchase the product, I did estimate it on their calculator and would only cost me 900+php which is not bad. I emailed customercare@lbcx.ph and lbcshippingcart to verify the product dimension but got no response from them until now. Should I go directly to their office to talk to a representative or call hotline (i dont know their hotline).
