I was expecting the last week of March to be the most exhausting for this year. As mentioned in my previous post, it was my first attempt to co-organize a summit for students and colleagues. After months of preparation and cramming to the last minute, everything turned out well. Thanks be to God!!! But more importantly, my colleagues who served as my support system.

After the busiest week, I was looking forward to spend the weekend away from the city. I wanted to have a quick out-of-town trip. But time and resources were not on my side. I was convinced that maybe, a mall date with my friend A can work. In the middle of the week, I encountered a random Instagram post from Burrow Café at Antipolo Beehouse. I remembered, this place has been in my list. It served as the best weekend getaway since it was only a one-hour drive from home. I checked the website, booked for a reservation (it was accommodated before Friday) and the rest was nothing but the best. :)

An adventure awaits - You need to take 76 steps to access the underground restaurant

Salad and Eggs Benedict for me

Underneath the restaurant is another adventure :)

This will be one of my best places visited for 2019. I will surely be back anytime soon. :) All details about Burrow Café at Antipolo Beehouse can be found in their website

P.S. Waze provides accurate directions to the place. Though quite secluded, the place can also be reached by Grab Car services.
